Nuclei are stained in blue by DAPI. Red dots within nuclei represent FISH hybridization using the Y-chromosome probe to confirm the donor-cell origin. (F) Immunohistochemistry using anti-CD45.2 (green) and anti-desmin (red) antibodies.
