Subsequently, the specimens were incubated with anti-digoxigenin/alkaline phosphatase and the signals were detected with NBT/X-phosphate as described under Materials and Methods. (A,C) hybridization with antisense SDCD36/LIMPII; (B,D) hybridization with sense SDCD36/LIMPII. Canals (c) of the aquiferous system within the mesohyl (m) are shown.
