Homogenate of the starved F9 cells expressing Myc-LC3-HA, Myc-GATE16-HA or Myc-GABARAP-HA (T) was centrifuged at 100,000 g for 30 minutes and then supernatant (S) and pellet (P) fractions were collected. These fractions were analysed by immunoblotting using anti-Myc antibody.
