Cells grown in either 5 mM (A) or 25 mM (B) glucose concentration, were spread on substrates as described, in the absence (panels a) or presence of 3D3 anti-PC antibody (panels b) or anti-HLA antibody. Each value represents the mean ± s.d. of three independent experiments and shows the percentage of cells in each size range.
