Fig. S1. Determination of bone marrow-derived dendritic cell (DC) immunophenotype by flow cytometry. Fourteen days after the initiation of the bone marrow culture, unstimulated DCs (grey histograms) and DCs co-cultured for 21 hours with bacille Calmette Guérin vaccine (BCG; white histograms) were stained with specific (solid lines) or isotype control (dotted lines) antibodies. Results are expressed as the number of cells (y-axis) versus the fluorescence intensity (x-axis). For each histogram, 15,000-25,000 cells were analysed. The data are representative of more than ten similar experiments.
