(A) HeLa cells were transfected with GFP-SNX5PX, and after 12 hours cell monolayers were serum-starved for 3 hours. Cells were either untreated or treated with 100 nM wortmannin for 2 hours at 37°C and fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde.
