  Fig. S1. Quantification of CAP-D2 and CAP-D3 signals on chromosomes. Forty-eight hours after the transfection with the indicated siRNAs, cells were stained with CAP-D2 or CAP-D3 antibodies and CREST sera, and probed with Alexa 488 and Alexa 568, respectively. DNA was counterstained with DAPI. Chromosome regions were defined by DAPI staining, and the fluorescence intensity ratio of CAP-D2 (upper panel) or CAP-D3 (lower panel) to CREST staining was calculated. Ten prometaphase cells and 10 metaphase cells were scored for each experiment.
