APCs labelled with the CellTrackerTM Orange were loaded for 20 minutes with 5 µg/ml SEE, mixed with LATWT-, LAT{Delta}32-104- and LAT{Delta}Ct-GFP T cells and monitored by time-lapse confocal microscopy.
