They were then either analysed by IFM using primary antibodies to TGN46 and to the indicated proteins, followed by the appropriate fluorochrome-conjugated secondary antibodies (A-K), or embedded in epon and analysed by electron microscopy. (C-K) tGolgin-1-depleted cells were identified based on the dispersed pattern of TGN46 staining.
