Various human body fluids were subjected to differential centrifugation for 5 minutes at 300 g (300 g), 30 minutes at 10,000 g (10,000 g), 1 hour at 200,000 g (200,000 g) and 1 hour at 400,000 g (400,000 g). The resulting pellets were analysed by immunoblotting for prominin-1.
