Pull-down assay with GST-ß1A or GST immobilized on glutathione beads containing either HA-tagged filamin C (19-21) (C) or filamin-C (21-23) (D) fusion proteins. Immunoblot detection of bound filamin-C (19-21) to GST-ß1A. No binding was observed with filamin-C (21-23).
