Trace (b) was recorded 3 minutes after application of 10 µM diazoxide, and (c) was 1 min after application of 30 µM diazoxide. Subsequently, the extracellular K+ concentration was increased to 15.9 mM. The trace (d) was obtained after 3 minutes.
