(A) Cells were either treated or not treated with 150 ng/ml recombinant Wnt3a for 30 minutes before harvesting. (B) Cells were treated with 100 µl Con-CM or Wnt3a-CM for 30 minutes before harvesting. Cell extracts were then prepared, and western blot analyses were performed.
