Fig. S1. The
untagged CaSR surface expression and glycosylation are promoted by RAMP3.
Surface proteins from COS7 cells transfected with the untagged version of the
CaSR in the absence (-) or
presence (+) of RAMP3 were isolated by
surface biotinylation and the total and surface CaSR populations revealed by
western blotting using an antibody directed against the CaSR. Arrowheads
indicate fully glycosylated forms of CaSR. Note that only the mature (i.e.
glycosylated) form of the receptor was retrieved at the plasma membrane.
