  Movie 1. Time-lapse movie of insulin secretory granules labeled with phogrin-EGFP in a bTC3 cell, before and after KCl stimulation.  The first 60 frames show granule movement under unstimulated condition.  The label ‘KCl’ in frame no. 61 indicates the addition of 30 mM KCl, after which the overall granule movement slowed down with the exception of a small population of granules moving long distances.  Static images are shown in Fig. 2. Frames were captured every 1 second and played at 30 frames per second.
