  Representative examples of time lapse movies are provided as avi files compressed using Microsoft video 1. The files illustrate either progression through mitosis 15 (file names starting with “M15”) or mitosis 16 (file names starting with “M16”).  Histone 2AvD-mRFP is always shown in red and either a cell cortex GFP marker protein (files containing “cort” in the file name) or a microtubule GFP marker protein (files containing “MT” in the file name) in green. The genotype of the embryos is also indicated in the filename (“pim” for pim mutants, pimdup for the pim dup double mutants, “thr” for thr mutants, “sib” for sibling control embryos). The original frames were acquired at 30 second intervals and exported at 10 frames per second.
