Wild-type CHO (A), CHO(LpR) (B), CHO(LpR_1-790LDLR_791-839) (C), ldlA(LpR_1-342LDLR_293-839) (D) and ldlA(LDLR_1-292LpR_343-850) (E) cells were incubated with OG-Lp in incubation medium for 15 minutes at 37°C, fixed and analysed with fluorescence microscopy.
