Fig. 2. Knockdown of mLgl suppresses disassembly of apical proteins during the depolarization of MDCK cells. Confluent monolayers were incubated with mouse anti-gp135 antibody for 1 hour. After washing out the antibody, the cells were incubated with LC medium for the indicated time. The cells were fixed, permeabilized and stained with Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated anti-mouse IgG together with Rhodamine-phalloidin.
