(B) Currents between a pair of cells (transiently) expressing Cx40E12S,E13G were not affected by 2 mM spermine. (C) Currents between a pair of cells co-expressing wtCx40 (stably) and Cx40E12S,E13G (transiently) were not affected by 2 mM spermine.
