Fig. S1. LA disrupts the actin cytoskeleton and induces activation of caspase-3 in adherent MCF-10A and MCF-10A Ras cells. (A) Cells were grown on coverslips and treated with 5 μM LA for 16 hours. Cells were then fixed with 3% paraformaldehyde, permeabilized and stained with Topro-3 anti caspase-3 (Cell Signaling), anti-actin (Rhodamine phalloidin).
