  Fig. S1. CED-4 does not affect the localisation of CED-9 or Bcl-2 in yeast. The localisations of GFP-tagged CED-9, CED-9^1-251  and Bcl-2 were determined in the presence and absence of co-expressed CED-4. Yeast was either stained for nucleic acid using DAPI (blue; upper three rows), mitochondria using Mitotracker (red; middle three rows) or the endoplasmic reticulum using anti-Kar2p immunofluorescence (red; lower three rows). Bars indicate magnification.
