  Fig. S1. Calnexin is not enriched in lipid rafts. NIH 3T3 cells were lysed in 1% Triton X-100 and subjected to sucrose gradient centrifugation. Six 2 ml fractions were collected and further subfractionated into insoluble and soluble subfractions (fraction 1=top of gradient; fraction 6=bottom). Insoluble and soluble fractions were subjected to SDS-PAGE and western blotting with rabbit-anti-calnexin antibody.
