-tubulin (red in panels A and C, and lower panels in monochrome. In control anaphase (B), polo localises to the kinetochores and on central spindle microtubules. In Glued dsRNA-treated cells (D), polo is detected on the kinetochores but not on the microtubules present between the two chromatid masses.
