(B) Quantitative analysis of FRAP experiments after bleaching. Cells expressing only GFP-GFAP were detected as the control (a). Two different colocalized forms of GFAP, filaments (b) and dots (c), were both examined in GFP-GFAP and DsRed-14-3-3{gamma} cotransfected cells.
