Western blot analysis of protein extracts prepared from skeletal muscle (M, lane 1), heart (H, lane 2), and cultured cardiomyocytes (C, lane 3) as well as injured and intact limbs (lanes 4-6 and 7-9, respectively) at different time points (2, 14 and 28 days) after transplantation of cardiomyocytes. Note the absence of cTnT after transplantation into injured but not intact limbs.
