  Fig. S1. GST-Grp1-PH labeling in a mixed population of unstimulated Swiss 3T3 cells pre-incubated with protein-A−gold-BSA complex and cells stimulated with PDGF. Unstimulated Swiss 3T3 cells that had been pre-incubated with protein-A−gold-conjugated BSA were mixed with PDGF-stimulated cells containing no electron-dense marker. GST-Grp1-PH immunogold labeling, indicated by arrows, is visualised in the nuclei of unstimulated cells (A) and cells stimulated with 50 ng/ml PDGF for 5 minutes (B). Bars, 200 nm.
