Genotypes were NP1161/NP1161; ppk-EGFP/ppk-EGFP (A and A'), NP1161/UAS-{Delta}N::EYFP; ppk-EGFP/ppk-EGFP (B,C,B',C'), ppk-Gal4 UAS-mCD8-GFP/ppk-Gal4 UAS-mCD8-GFP (D), and ppk-Gal4 UAS-mCD8-GFP/ppk-Gal4 UAS-mCD8-GFP; UAS-{Delta}N::EYFP/UAS-{Delta}N::EYFP (E and F).
