  Movie 1. Spinning disc movie of Alexa-Fluor-568-dextran labelled lysosomes in NRK cells. The transfected cell expressing Arlb8-GFP was identified by GFP fluorescence. Images were obtained at one frame per second, with the movie running at 12 frames per second.

  Movie 2. Spinning disc movie of Alexa-Fluor-568-dextran labelled lysosomes in a projection from an untransfected NRK cell. Images were obtained at one frame per second for three minutes, with the movie running at 12 frames per second.
