(C) Subcellular fractionation in continuous sucrose gradients of cell extracts obtained from the strain JAY29 containing plasmid pRS314-CHS4-GFP. Protein amounts were determined in even fractions by western blot using specific antibodies. The graph shows the quantitative analysis of these western blots data.
