  Movie 1. 3D-DIAS reconstruction of representative Ax2 (left panel) and pten^- (right panel) cells demonstrates that pten^- cells exhibit fundamental defects in basic motile behavior and pseudopod formation in the absence of chemoattractant. Note the expansion of multiple pseudopods from the rear of the pten^- cell. Pseudopods are color-coded light blue, the nucleus is color-coded magenta, the uropod is color-coded red and the cell body is represented as green facets.
