  Fig. S1. GNL3L, but not nucleostemin or Ngp1, interacts with the ERR family proteins. (A) Protein-protein interactions between GNL3L and clone #43, a partial sequence of ERRγ (aa 27-458) identified from a yeast two-hybrid screen, and between GNL3L and full-length ERRγ were verified by affinity-binding assays. We showed that GST fusion proteins of clone #43 and full-length ERRγ, but not the GST backbone protein, can pull down GNL3L specifically. (B) GST-fusion proteins of ERRα, ERRβ, or ERRγ failed to bind either HA-tagged nucleostemin (HA-NS) or Ngp1 (HA-Ngp1).
