  Fig. S1. GTPase activity of Cdc42 is increased in neurons stimulated with Aβ. Hippocampal neurons were treated with 0.1, 1 and 10 μM Aβ_1-42 for 24 hours and with 10 μM of the peptide for 30 minutes, 2, 4 and 24 hours. Active GTP-Cdc42 was pulled down using the PAK-PBD conjugated with agarose and then tested by immunoblotting with anti-Cdc42 antibody.
