HUVECs were electroporated with GFP-actin along with either wild-type tropomyosin-1 (A), the nonphosphorylatable mutant of tropomyosin-1 (S283A) (B) or the phosphorylation-mimicking mutant of tropomyosin-1 (S283E) (C).
