Files in this Data Supplement:
Movie 1. First example of a cell displaying spontaneous Ca2+c oscillations in which two mitochondria depolarize. Colonic myocytes were co-loaded with Fluo-4 (left-hand panel, green-yellow psuedocolor to indicate intensity) and TMRE (right-hand panel, red-yellow psuedocolor to indicate intensity) and voltage-clamped at −70 mV in the whole-cell configuration. Fluorescent images were collected at 1 Hz over 10 minutes. Scale bar, 10 μm.
Movie 2. Spontaneous Ca2+c oscillations and changes in ΔΨm; second example: cell in which many mitochondria depolarize.
