B was visualized in endothelial cells in buffer containing 2 mM Ca2+ in the absence (A) or presence (B) of 70 µM Mn2+. Images of endothelial cells that were transiently transfected with p65-GFP were taken 48 hours after transfection using a conventional fluorescence microscope. Representative images of at least 10 cells out of three experiments on alternate days are shown. Scale bars: 10 µm.
