  Fig. S1. SRA1 binding to RhoG. Upper panel: bacterial GST-RhoG and GST-Rac1 on glutathione beads were loaded with GDP or GTPγS then incubated with lysate from mouse brain. Beads were washed, and bound proteins were eluted with Laemmli buffer and analyzed by western blotting for SRA1 (antibody from Synaptic systems, Germany). Lower panel: GST-RhoG on beads loaded with GDP or GTPγS was incubated with lysates from HeLa cells expressing Flag-ELMO1. Bound proteins were analyzed as in A except that blots were probed with anti-Flag antibody (Invitrogen).
