Fig. S1. Nuclear protein extracts were prepared and subjected to western blot analysis using rabbit polyclonal antibodies against ORC1. The nitrocellulose membrane was incubated with rabbit anti-ORC1 antibody (lane 1) and preimmune serum (lane 2). The antibodies recognize a band at 130 kDa corresponding to the expected size of ORC1, similarly to the previously published molecular weight (Mehra et al., 2005).
