Fig.S1. Complete set of the time-lapse images from Movie 1. Live cell, time-lapse photographs of Vero cells transiently expressing RFP-NuMA and infected with F-VP26/GFP at a MOI of 5 PFU/cell (5-18 hours post infection). Time-lapse interval: 600 seconds.
Fig.S2. Time-lapse confocal images of a representative RFP-NuMA-expressing Vero cell infected with F-VP26/GFP at a MOI of 5 PFU/cell (3-9 hours post infection). Images were obtained as described for Fig. S1. Only the RFP-NuMA images (converted to green by pseudocolour) are shown. In this cell and others, central hollowing of NuMA was observed from around 5 hours post infection and gradually spread as infection progressed.
Movie 1. The dynamics of RFP-NuMA in an HSV-1-infected cell. Vero cells transiently expressing RFP-NuMA were infected with F-VP26/GFP at a MOI of 5 PFU/cell and analysed by live cell imaging (see Materials and Methods). Time-lapse images (600-second intervals) were generated in sequence starting from 5 hours post infection (video speed: 1 hour/second).
