  Movie. 1. Time-lapse fluorescence videomicroscopy of podosomes. A7r5 cells overexpressing EGFP-AFAP-110 (1A, left panel) wild type or EGFP-AFAP-110^S277A mutant (1B, right panel) were videotaped for the EGFP fluorescence for 2 hours, with 30-second intervals. The appearance and disappearance of two representative podosomes in each cell type during video-microscopy are marked with gray arrows.
