  Fig. S1. Accumulation of GFP-MSH2 at laser-irradiated site in HCT15 requires either MSH3 or MSH6. (A) GFP-MSH2 does not accumulate at laser-irradiated site, but GFP-MSH3 and GFP-MSH6 do (top panels). However, coexpression of GFP-MSH3 or MFP-MSH6 enables the accumulation of mDR-MSH2 (middle and bottom panels). (B) Western blot analysis of HCT15 cell extracts. MSH6 is not detectable, whereas MSH3 is expressed.
