NTmCENPF was transfected into C2C12 cells and markers for SNAREs, TGN and recycling endosomes were immunolabelled. (A) Syntaxin 4 did not colocalize with NTmCENPF-myc, but there was a redistribution of the protein in cells that were transfected. (B-D) SNAP-25, golgin and VAMP2 did colocalize with NTmCENPF.
