  Fig. S1. BrdU staining (pink) in control and Lkb1^−/− MEFs (passage 4) following a 6-hour BrdU pulse indicates 18.56% (s.d.=1.48) positive cells in controls and 18.94% (s.d.=2,84) in Lkb1^−/− MEFs. Values are averages from two experiments using independent MEF cultures, where 900 nuclei per genotype were scored for BrdU staining.
