(B) Localization of SEPT2 in IQGAP1-depleted cells. HeLa cells depleted for IQGAP1 at 100 nM and 40 nM were double-stained with anti-SEPT2 (bottom, green) and anti-IQGAP1 (top, red) antibodies.
