  Fig. S1. Histogram of PM-associated clathrin puncta intensity before and after PtdIns(4,5)P₂ hydrolysis. YFP-CLC fluorescence was monitored by TIRF microscopy in cells expressing Lyn-FRB and CF-Inp. A histogram of puncta intensity (as a fold of the median intensity of all puncta detected before iRap addition) is plotted as the fraction of total puncta detected in each condition (before versus after iRap addition) (n=9). There is a decrease in the proportion of higher-intensity puncta, and an increase in the proportion of lower-intensity puncta in PtdIns(4,5)P₂-depleted cells.
