• Supplemental Figure S1 -

  Fig. S1. Control of cell surface expression of HA-tagged EpoR/gp130 chimeric receptors in cells expressing Gab1 mutants. Cell surface expression of EpoR/gp130 chimeric receptors was analysed by flow cytometry using a FACS Canto2 and the Diva software and Flow-Jo was used for overlays. The mouse anti HA (6E2) antibody from Cell Signalling was used to stain the HA-tagged chimeric receptors. For detection a PE-conjugated anti-mouse antibody (Dianova, Hamburg, Germany) was used.

  Fig. S2. Inhibition of Gab1 translocation by wortmannin. HEK293T cells were treated and Gab1 localisation analysed as described in the legend to Fig. 3A but pretreated with the PI3K inhibitor wortmannin (Calbiochem, Darmstadt, Germany) (100 nM) for 15 minutes.
