  Fig. S1. DLC1 localization upon PDBu stimulation. MCF7 cells were transiently transfected with an expression vector encoding GFP-DLC1. The next day, cells were treated with 1 µM PDBu for 15 minutes or solvent alone (DMSO) prior to fixation and staining with paxillin-specific primary and Alexa Fluor 546-labeled secondary antibody (red). The images shown are stacks of several confocal sections taken from the bottom of the cell.
