  Movie 1. Secretory transport of ΔTM1a in COS-7 cells. Cells expressing the DTM1a mutant were incubated overnight at the non-permissive temperature (39.5°C) and then shifted to the permissive temperature (32°C). Time-lapse confocal images were captured for over 3 hours at 30-second intervals as described in Materials and Methods.
