  Fig. S3. Cells expressing either VPS29-GFP or Hrs-1-GFP were transiently transfected with RFP-TBC1D5. After fixation, the cells were labelled with anti-VPS26 antibodies followed by Alexa Fluor 350 anti-rabbit. The overexpression of TBC1D5 causes both VPS26 and VPS29-GFP to redistribute from the membrane but does not affect Hrs-1-GFP. Scale bar: 20 µm.

  Fig. S4. Wortmannin redistributes Snx1 but not VPS26. Cells were treated with 100 nM wortmannin for 15 minutes prior to fixation and subsequent labelling with anti-VPS26 and anti-Snx1 antibodies. Control cells were left untreated. Scale bar: 20 µm.
