  Movie 1. Recruitment of a3-GFP onto the phagosomal membrane. Peritoneal macrophages obtained from Tcirg1^floxGFP were incubated with opsonized yeast cells. The fluorescent signals of a3-GFP were recorded on a Leica ASMDW under 490 nm illumination. The movie shows that GFP-positive tubule interacts with the yeast, and GFP encircles the yeast completely within a few minutes.
