Fig. 2. Deletion of integrin {alpha}3 in the epidermis does not inhibit keratinocyte differentiation. Skin cryosections from neonatal Itga3flox/flox and Itga3flox/flox; K14-Cre mice were stained with antibodies directed against keratin 14, filaggrin or involucrin, and counterstained with Ln-332 and DAPI to visualize the basement membrane and nuclei, respectively.
